Providing solutions to queries through email ticketing system. Teleliasoning with statutory bodies, will have to provide hands on customer support
Provide commercially and technically sound quotations to customers Manage customer orders from order entry to delivery including changes due to customer or manufacturing demands. Provide order status to customers, sales or order conversion team.
